JUMP Math is a philosophy and a set of classroom materials that aim to improve the teaching of mathematics and to help students enjoy and meet their potential in the subject. Although JUMP Math provides AP workbooks, it is not a workbook-based program. Understanding these four models will help you finding the right balance between teaching and practice.
There are 4 model approaches to teaching with JUMP Math. Each model represents a typical Math class duration of 45 minutes, balancing lesson teaching, practice, activities, extensions and on-going assessment.
